I work with a small number of clients at a time, and my coaching is individualized to each runner’s goals and needs. Coaching involves weekly training plans and emails, unlimited text/email check-ins, and weekly conversations. However, I vary my approach by each runner’s needs and goals.
As a coach, I am willing to work with any runner who wants to get better–as you define “better.” In coaching you, I may be able to help you improve your race times, your endurance and ability to run far, and/or your efficiency and form. My philosophy involves positioning running and racing goals as holistically as part of a healthy lifestyle. I want athletes to achieve their reasonable short term goals but I am also interested in making choices that lead to longterm health and running. This approach means balancing where you want to be 3 months from now with what’s best for you 3 years from now. If you’re interested in learning more, please contact me (see email address above).
